이용약관

이 이용약관은 Studio Peace(이하 "회사")가 개발한 Link Do Work 앱(이하 "앱")에 적용됩니다. 이 앱은 Freemium 서비스로 제공됩니다.
앱을 다운로드하거나 이용하시면 아래 약관에 자동으로 동의하게 됩니다. 앱 이용 전에 반드시 본 약관을 읽어 주시기 바랍니다.
지식재산권
앱의 무단 복제, 수정은 엄격히 금지됩니다. 앱의 소스코드 추출, 다른 언어로의 번역, 파생 버전 제작은 허용되지 않습니다. 앱과 관련된 모든 상표권, 저작권, 데이터베이스 권리 및 기타 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.
이용자가 앱을 사용하여 작성한 할 일·프로젝트 등 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 전적으로 이용자에게 귀속됩니다. 회사는 이용자의 콘텐츠에 접근하거나 이를 이용하지 않습니다.
결제
앱은 무료로 다운로드할 수 있으며, 무료 상태에서도 핵심 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다. 일부 사용 한도를 넘는 기능은 일회성 구매(비소모성)를 통해 영구적으로 해금됩니다. 구체적인 가격은 App Store 내 앱 페이지에서 확인할 수 있으며, 국가 및 지역에 따라 다를 수 있습니다. 본 앱은 정기 구독 상품을 제공하지 않습니다.
결제는 Apple App Store의 인앱 결제 시스템을 통해 처리됩니다. 일회성 구매는 동일한 Apple 계정에서 '구매 복원'을 통해 다른 기기에서도 다시 적용할 수 있습니다.
결제 취소 및 환불은 Apple의 환불 정책에 따릅니다. 회사는 스토어를 통한 결제 처리 과정에 관여하지 않으며, 결제 오류·중복 결제·환불 지연 등 스토어 결제 시스템과 관련된 문제에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
앱은 디지털 콘텐츠로서, 구매 후 해금 기능 이용이 개시된 이후에는 단순 변심에 의한 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다(전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 제17조 제2항). 다만, 앱의 중대한 결함 또는 표시·광고와 다른 서비스가 제공된 경우에는 관련 법령에 따라 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.
데이터 저장 및 백업에 대한 이용자의 책임
본 앱은 회사의 서버 없이 모든 데이터를 이용자의 기기에 저장하며, iCloud에 로그인한 경우 이용자 본인의 비공개 iCloud를 통해 기기 간에 동기화합니다. 회사는 이용자의 데이터를 보관하지 않습니다. 따라서 기기의 분실·고장·초기화, 앱 삭제, iCloud 설정 변경, 운영체제 오류 등으로 인한 데이터 손실에 대비하는 것은 이용자의 책임입니다.
회사는 이용자가 직접 데이터를 보호할 수 있도록 백업 내보내기 및 복원 기능을 제공합니다. 이용자는 중요한 데이터를 정기적으로 백업할 것을 권장합니다. 회사는 이용자의 데이터를 보관하지 않으므로, 손실된 데이터를 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다.
이용자가 만든 콘텐츠
이용자가 앱을 통해 작성한 할 일·프로젝트 등 콘텐츠의 내용에 대한 책임은 전적으로 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 앱을 사용하여 불법적이거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 제작하여서는 안 됩니다. 모든 콘텐츠는 이용자의 기기 및 본인 iCloud에만 저장되며 회사로 전송되지 않으므로, 회사는 그 내용을 알 수 없고 이에 대해 관여하지 않습니다.
서비스 변경 및 종료
회사는 앱이 최대한 유용하고 효율적으로 운영될 수 있도록 노력합니다. 회사는 사전 통지를 통해 서비스 내용을 변경하거나, 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우 서비스 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 앱이 기기 및 이용자 본인의 iCloud에서 동작하는 특성상, 서비스가 중단되더라도 이미 이용자의 기기에 설치된 앱과 데이터는 계속 이용하실 수 있습니다.
보증의 부인 및 책임의 제한
앱은 '있는 그대로(as-is)' 및 '이용 가능한 상태로' 제공됩니다. 회사는 앱이 오류 없이 작동하거나 특정 목적에 적합함을 보증하지 않습니다. 회사는 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 앱의 이용 또는 이용 불능으로 인해 발생하는 데이터 손실, 간접적·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되고 해석됩니다. 앱 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생할 경우, 관련 법령에 따른 관할 법원에 제소할 수 있습니다.
약관의 변경
회사는 본 약관을 수시로 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경 시 앱 및 홈페이지를 통해 공지하며, 변경 후에도 계속 앱을 이용하시면 변경된 약관에 동의하신 것으로 간주합니다.

These Terms of Service apply to the Link Do Work app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Studio Peace (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application is strictly prohibited. Extracting the source code, translating into other languages, or making derivative versions is not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application belong to the Service Provider.
All rights to content such as tasks and projects that you create using the Application belong solely to you. The Service Provider does not access or use your content.
Payments
The Application is free to download, and its core features are available for free. Features beyond certain usage limits are unlocked permanently through a one-time (non-consumable) purchase. Specific prices are shown on the App Store app page and may vary by country and region. The Application does not offer any auto-renewing subscriptions.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store's in-app purchase system. A one-time purchase can be re-applied on your other devices via "Restore Purchases" using the same Apple account.
Cancellations and refunds follow Apple's refund policy. The Service Provider is not involved in payment processing and is not responsible for issues related to the store payment system such as payment errors, duplicate charges, or refund delays.
Your Responsibility for Data Storage and Backup
The Application stores all data on your device without the Service Provider's servers, and—if you are signed in to iCloud—syncs it across your devices through your own private iCloud. The Service Provider does not store your data. Therefore, protecting against data loss due to device loss, malfunction, reset, app deletion, iCloud setting changes, or OS errors is your responsibility.
The Service Provider provides backup export and restore features so that you can protect your own data. We strongly recommend backing up important data regularly. Because the Service Provider does not store your data, we cannot recover lost data for you.
User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for the content of tasks and projects you create using the Application. You must not create content that is illegal or infringes on the rights of others. Since all content is stored only on your device and your own iCloud and is never transmitted to the Service Provider, we are unaware of and not involved in its content.
Service Changes and Termination
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application useful and efficient. We may change the service with prior notice or discontinue it for unavoidable reasons. Because the Application operates on your device and your own iCloud, the app and data already installed on your device remain usable even if the service is discontinued.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "as-is" and "as available." The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will operate error-free or be fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for data loss or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Changes
The Service Provider may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be announced through the Application and website, and continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

この利用規約は、Studio Peace（以下「当社」）が開発したLink Do Workアプリ（以下「アプリ」）に適用されます。本アプリはフリーミアムサービスとして提供されます。
アプリをダウンロードまたは利用すると、以下の規約に自動的に同意したものとみなされます。アプリのご利用前に必ず本規約をお読みください。
知的財産権
アプリの無断複製、改変は固く禁止されています。ソースコードの抽出、他言語への翻訳、派生バージョンの作成は許可されません。アプリに関するすべての商標権、著作権、データベース権およびその他の知的財産権は当社に帰属します。
ユーザーがアプリを使用して作成したタスク・プロジェクトなどのコンテンツに対する権利は、すべてユーザーに帰属します。当社はユーザーのコンテンツにアクセスまたは利用しません。
決済
アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、無料の状態でも中核機能をご利用いただけます。一定の利用上限を超える機能は、買い切り（非消耗型）課金により永続的に解除されます。具体的な価格はApp Storeのアプリページで確認でき、国や地域によって異なる場合があります。本アプリは定期購読商品を提供しません。
決済はApple App Storeのアプリ内課金システムを通じて処理されます。買い切り課金は、同じAppleアカウントで「購入の復元」により他の端末でも再適用できます。
キャンセルおよび返金はAppleの返金ポリシーに従います。当社はストアを通じた決済処理に関与せず、決済エラー・重複課金・返金遅延などストア決済システムに関する問題について責任を負いません。
アプリはデジタルコンテンツであり、購入後に解除機能の利用が開始された後は、単なる気変わりによる申込撤回が制限される場合があります。ただし、アプリの重大な欠陥または表示・広告と異なるサービスが提供された場合は、関連法令に従い返金を請求できます。
データ保存およびバックアップに関するユーザーの責任
本アプリは当社のサーバーなしで、すべてのデータをユーザーの端末に保存し、iCloudにサインインしている場合はユーザー本人の非公開iCloudを通じて端末間で同期します。当社はユーザーのデータを保管しません。したがって、端末の紛失・故障・初期化、アプリの削除、iCloud設定の変更、OSの不具合などによるデータ損失に備えることはユーザーの責任です。
当社はユーザーが自らデータを保護できるよう、バックアップのエクスポートおよび復元機能を提供します。重要なデータは定期的にバックアップすることを強くお勧めします。当社はユーザーのデータを保管しないため、失われたデータを復旧することはできません。
ユーザーが作成したコンテンツ
ユーザーがアプリを通じて作成したタスク・プロジェクトなどのコンテンツの内容については、すべてユーザーに責任があります。ユーザーは違法または他人の権利を侵害するコンテンツを作成してはなりません。すべてのコンテンツはユーザーの端末および本人のiCloudにのみ保存され当社に送信されないため、当社はその内容を知ることができず、関与しません。
サービスの変更および終了
当社はアプリが最大限有用かつ効率的に運営されるよう努めます。当社は事前通知を通じてサービス内容を変更し、またはやむを得ない事由がある場合にはサービスの提供を中止することがあります。アプリが端末およびユーザー本人のiCloudで動作する特性上、サービスが中止されても、すでにユーザーの端末にインストールされたアプリとデータは引き続きご利用いただけます。
保証の否認および責任の制限
アプリは「現状有姿（as-is）」かつ「利用可能な状態」で提供されます。当社はアプリがエラーなく動作すること、または特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。当社は法が許容する最大限の範囲で、アプリの利用または利用不能により生じるデータ損失、間接的・付随的・結果的損害について責任を負いません。
準拠法
本規約は大韓民国の法律に従って規律され、解釈されます。
規約の変更
当社は本規約を随時変更することがあります。変更時はアプリおよびウェブサイトを通じてお知らせし、変更後も継続してご利用いただくと、変更された規約に同意したものとみなされます。
